Can i cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel orders once they have been placed due to our fast processing process. Please ensure you carefully check the details of your order before finalizing it.
What should I do if I receive a broken or incomplete item?
If you receive a broken or incomplete item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service team immediately at support@isabone.com and provide a description of the problem along with any photos of the damaged or missing item.
Warranty against discoloration
Do you offer a guarantee against discoloration of the jewelry?
Yes absolutely! We are so confident in the quality of our jewelry that we offer a lifetime warranty against discoloration. If there is ever anything wrong with your jewelry, we will provide you with a new one free of charge.

Do you offer a guarantee against damage to the jewelry?
All jewelry has a warranty period of 1 month. This does not apply to discoloration. We offer a lifetime warranty for that!

Shipping / Returns
What is your delivery time?
- Within the Netherlands and Belgium: If you order before 11:59 PM, your order will be delivered the next day.
- Within Europe: The delivery time for European orders is usually 3 working days after shipment.
- Rest of the world: For orders outside Europe, delivery time is usually 7-10 working days after shipment.
Please note: These delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the shipping method, product availability and any unforeseen circumstances such as customs checks. However, we always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Do you ship worldwide?
